highway 13 Kms from Shivpuri and 2 Kms. before BYASI.
Camp has a refreshing sight on the silvery sand beach of the majestic Ganga.27.5
kms from the holy city of Rishikesh. Amidst incredibly spectacular landscape,
wild jungle, modern safari tents & modern camping amenities, the various
panoramic facets of the camp together provide the visitors an experience to
cherish for a long long time. It’s a great holiday destination for children,
adults, elders, adventurous and not so adventurous.
20 twin bedded modern safari tents big enough for an extra bed. Enough space to
pitch additional 20 tents to accommodate bigger group.
Toilets: 12 well kept dry pit toilets (the only type of toilets allowed on the
beach) and 6 bathing tents. Draw hot water from the hamam (an experience in
Canvas safari tents, sealed, carpeted with two cots,
foam mattress, clean white linen, poly fill quilt and
pillow. Tents are big enough for an additional cot.
Meals are served in the dinning tent and have fixed
Separate bathing tents. Bathing tents have supply of
running cold water drawn from natural springs. Hot water
can be drawn from the traditional hammams.

How To Reach :
The camp is located 27.5 kms upstream of Tapovan (Lakshman Jhulla-Rishikesh) on
the Badrinath/ Kedarnath highway. Cross the bridges of Shivpuri and Gular. 2.5
km further up is a pedestrian bridge (similar to Lakshman Jhulla). Go further up
and between milestones Byasi- 3 Kms and 2 kms look for our signage IGH “s “Camp
River N Range – Ganges”. Park your vehicle and come down the passage to arrive
at Camp River N Range-Ganges.
Visitors are required to make their own arrangements to come back to the camp
from the point of culmination of the rafting. Arrangements if made by us will be
charged extra. One can hire a taxi, use public transport or hire a driver.

Arrangements are subject to availability at the time of
confirmation. Booking is considered as confirmed only
case the number of visitors exceed minimum guarantee,
accommodation will be provided subject to availability.
Minimum guarantee is payable in case of “Now Show”
Accommodation is on twin occupancy, unless advised
compliance with the safety norms white water rafting is
not allowed for children below the age of 14 years.
However depending on the physical capability of the
children, a fun trip can be considered for children in
age group of 10-14 years.
Visitors are required to sign a disclaimer / liability
waiver form on arrival. Please carry a proof of

drugs, medically or physically unfit (any serious
ailment, asthma, weak heart conditions epilepsy,
expecting mothers etc) unfit for any reason/s in the
wisdom of the river guide/instructor will not be allowed

activities. Request for a refund or a discount in such
circumstance/s will not be entertained. Decision of the

beach camp. Avoid carrying jewellery and valuables.
The beach and the camp facilities are exclusively for
the resident guests. Drivers are required to make their
own boarding and lodging arrangements. There are
restaurants in close proximity.
